White Turf – A Rich Heritage.
White Turf, dating back to 1907, holds a significant place in Swiss cultural heritage. Originally conceived as a means to entertain guests during the winter months, it has since evolved into one of the most prestigious events in the world of horse racing. The frozen lake of St. Moritz becomes the stage for this thrilling spectacle, with the snow-covered landscape adding an element of enchantment.
At the heart of White Turf is the exhilarating horse racing that captivates audiences from around the globe. Participants and their magnificent steeds brave the icy terrain, showcasing skill, speed, and stamina. The unique surface presents a challenge unlike any other, demanding precision and agility from both horse and rider. From flat races to skijoring, where horses pull skiers through the snow, the variety of events adds to the excitement and spectacle of the occasion.

While the races are undoubtedly the main attraction, White Turf offers much more than equestrian excellence. Visitors are treated to a diverse array of entertainment, including gourmet dining experiences, live music performances, and art exhibitions. The event seamlessly blends sporting tradition with contemporary culture, creating an immersive experience for attendees of all ages.
Despite its grandeur, White Turf remains committed to environmental sustainability. Fashion during the White Turf.
As I mentioned the lake is surely a catwalk for many people to show their amazing looks. Of course, there are some special guidelines on what to wear. Of course nice fur coat, a huge hat and designer handbags are a must. Let’s see a few looks that I liked.
