MFW FW22/23 is the fashion week that I will never forget. I have arrived in Milan on Wednesday hoping that this time it will finally be a fashion week like before. How was I wrong! The next morning I woke up with a call from my husband saying that Russia invaded Ukraine. I froze, I had all mixed emotions running through my mind. Do I pack and go back home? Or maybe it will be over soon. After many hours we (with my friend Marzena, ( Polish TV journalist) left the hotel and decided to attend MFW FW22/23 as it was planned. However every second we were checking the news. I was also encouraged by meeting Ukrainian people in Milan. Models, designers, journalists, were telling me their stories. They couldn’t anymore go back home, yet they still showed up to the shows and appointments and work. There was a lot of accents in Milan to draw the attention of people to this subject. Models and influencers were spotted with the Ukrainian flags. Giorgio Armani presented his collection without music. To show respect to people from Ukraine. Thousands of protesters were gathered next to La Scala and screamed for PEACE. Milan Fashion week like never before…
This was the sad part of this week, however, there was also a positive side. It felt like everyone was leaving COVID behind. Even though in Milan some of the restrictions are still in place the city was full. Hotels were fully-booked in advance. Restaurants and clubs were buzzing. More and more brands opted for a physical fashion show and presentation. It was warm, sunny and the city was so alluring. I always fall in love with Milan each time I come. This time was the same. There was Spring, a unique fashion atmosphere and beautiful street style all over the city. Typical Italian elegance was mixed with a dose of attitude. We could see celebrities and influencers who finally could come to Italy. To name a few: Kim Kardashian, Simon Porte Jacquemus, Kendall Jenner, Sharon Stone and Rihanna. There was a lot of colour and inspiration everywhere I went. Also, the collections of designers that I saw were full of optimism and beauty. They were so excited that the pandemic is nearly over and they wanted to demonstrate it in their collections. MFW FW22 has shown us the energy that we missed for the last 2 years.
Below you can find my best street style of MFW FW22/23 Women. I hope that you will like them, some probably a bit more, some a bit less. That I will inspire you a little bit and spark some joy.
Fendi Fashion Show. MFW FW22/23
My first event in Milan few hours after I arrived. I was dressed from head to toe in Fendi clothes. It was not a typical look that I would wear, but Giji from Downtown Uptown Genève styled it and I trusted her. People loved and many said that it was original and very much street style. This bomber jacket is a collector piece. With beautiful embroidery on the back and flowers on the sleeves.

PRADA Fashion Show during MFW FW22/23
This was the look that everyone loved and so did I. Designed by my friend Khaled from Alila Brand.
I was wearing dark green and navy blue striped long coat from ALILA. It has a hoodie and belt and was cut on the sides. Absolute masterpiece! It was inspired by clothes that Berbers wore in the desert. I paired it with a dark green shiny leather crocodile handbag also from ALILA. A cute, little gem.
Gold chain necklace, gold rings, a gold bracelet from Versace Medusa collection.
Green leopard print pattern silk pointed pumps heels shoes from Zara.
Dolce & Gabbana
One of my favourite fashion shows during each MFW, calls for a stylish look.
It’s the 3rd season when I am wearing designs from Millé Milano. To see some previous looks, please click here and here.
Why do I love the Millé Milano brand? Because it is:
A modern fusion of classic style and the street wear of Milan, always in highest quality. Premium statement pieces, hand- made by the best Italian master artisans, timeless and seasonless. Designed to be stylish for years to come and at the same time affordable for all women.
This year I was wearing a sleeveless jumpsuit with shorts, a matching blazer and a baker boy hat. All made with a beautiful tweed in black and white colour. I paired the look with my favourite white boots and black handbag from Versace.

Ermanno Scervino Fashion Show
It was my most effortless style during this Fashion week. Sometimes simple is best. I put it all together in the morning and seemed like it was a hit. People loved it! The focus point of this look was a stunning Chanel skirt in black patent leather. It was just gorgeous. I paired it with a pink silk top to add some colour and a baby blue coat.

Shoes, bag and jewellery – Versace
During MFW FW 22/23 Borsalino presented their new collection:
TRAVEL THROUGH SELF-DISCOVERY
A campaign that is inspired by Journey to Sicily, Japan and South America. I chose a bucket hat inspired by Japanese culture.
Eleventy Milano during MFW FW22
It’s always a pleasure to see new designs presented by Eleventy Milano. Designed by talented creator Paolo Zuntini. This year’s collection is described as:
GLAMOUR AND MODERN IDENTITY IN A MIX & MATCH
THAT DOWNPLAYS THE CODES OF FORMALITY
AND COMBINES FUNCTIONALITY WITH TAILORING
I had the pleasure to wear a midi dress with a pleated skirt. In a blue, grey colour with a ribbon.
It felt soft and light and paired with high boots in brown colours created a fantastic ensemble.

Budapest Select Fashion Show and Presentation
As every year I like to visit the VIP lounge at the Fashion Hub and also see new collections from Budapest Select. For this occasion, I chose a more funky look. A pair of trousers and a matching top from Sandro Paris all in sparkles. Paired it with a pink blazer from Zara and a gold chain-bel from Millé Milano. I was also wearing pink Versace pumps and a Prada bag.
All jewellery was from Bahia Jewellery.
Emerging Talents Milan Fashion show and Luciano Padovan Event at Palazzo Parigi.
Emerging Talens Milan Fashion Shows always bring many creative talents. Influencers, journalists and Press are dressed like from the magazines. For this occasion, I actually decided to wear a dress from a designer who I saw first at their fashion show. Cosel Fashion. It’s an emerging brand from Poland that is already more and more famous worldwide.
I had their animal print dress from the Queen of Savannah collection. Extremely beautiful design that is now very much in fashion.
I paired it with white boots and a black Versace LA MEDUSA MINI BAG
I was wearing the same look for Luciano Padovan event at Palazzo Parigi.
PESERICO FW 22/23
For this event, I chose the Millé Milano set. I chose a blazer and 3/4 trousers in mustard colour with black elements. A little but tuxedo style.
Paired with black pumps and a black handbag.
