Boutique Hotel Panorama Crans-Montana is surrounded by the unique nature of the Swiss Alps. There are breathtaking views all around the hotel that I fell in love with. Crans-Montana is one of my favourite ski resorts in Switzerland. I love it, especially because of the unforgettable views, lovely town centre and nice ski domains. Hotel Panorama is located around 15 min drive to Crans, but the hotel offers the transfer to town and ski stations. Being a bit further to the city means that it’s more peaceful and calmer. Ideal place for a mountains getaway. You can enjoy an amazing quality of food at the restaurant. Cosy evening by the fire and spa with one of the most trending beauty brands – Babor. Without further ado please read below my review.

About Hotel Panorama Crans-Montana (Ambiance and sustianability)
The hotel is already well-known in the area for some time now however 2021 it was completely renovated and reopened. It became a boutique hotel with a new concept (wellness, active), cosy and modern interiors and a sustainable approach.
When I entered the lobby I saw a modern and cosy space. The bar, lounge area and reception is combined in one space. You can see many members of the staff around as they are not staying in the office. Colours are a combination of wood with soft, warm yellow and green hues. Serene and beautiful. When I started to speak with the staff I realized how wonderful and unique the concept of this place is.
Overlooking the valley, the hotel rises amidst exceptional nature. Completely renovated in 2021 and equipped with modern facilities, focused on active relaxation and delicious food. The Panorama hotel is a place of excellence that emphasizes proximity to the customer and quality service to all levels: bistronomic restaurant, cozy rooms, wellness area with sauna, hammam and massage rooms, fitness room, outdoor relaxation and relaxation area and garden for outdoor training.

We have stayed in Room “Sequoia” –which is a Family suite of 30 m2 with a balcony and panoramic view. It had all we needed for a comfortable stay. It had a living room (with a sofa bed for my son) large bedroom and a bathroom. It was simple, modern and comfortable. I loved the bedside tables made with local trees and each room had it made with a different tree type. Our was a Sequoia. There were enough storage spaces and cupboards for the whole family, Dyson appliances and Babor toiletries in the bathroom. Coffee and tea machines were located on the corridors, but every easy to access and use. From the room, we could do everything without calling the reception. There were wooden cubes with QR codes and we could book a dinner via this, check the menu or speak with the hotel staff.
Sequoia Room that we stayed in starts with 350 Chf per night, which is on the affordable side considering nearby hotels. The single room starts from 220 CHF per night.
Wellness Centre and Sport
Hotel Panorama Crans-Montana has everything for the ideal mountains getaway. After a long day of skiing, I took time to relax in the wellness area. In the hotel, there is a Finish sauna, hammam and two massage rooms. In the treatment room, an experienced therapist can advise you on ideal treatment for face and body with the use of Babor cosmetics. There is also a small boutique with cosmetics from the “Babor” brand ideal to be pampered at home too.
Sport
What is really interesting about the offer of Hotel Panorama Crans-Montana is the many sports activities included in the price of the stay. In the morning there is a 30 minutes stretch session with a professional trainer. It was the perfect way to start a day. The gym is large with many accessories and equipment. For warmer days there are also sports activities in the special container fitted outside.
In the morning There are hiking excursions available with a guide. Each day there is a different route. I truly enjoyed it. It was rather an easy hike in a small group. We walked to a historic town and then came back on the trail.
Breakfast with a view
Breakfast is served in the restaurant with a panoramic view of the Alps. It was healthy and delicious. There are different options to choose from. Eggs, croissants, fruits, cheeses, cereals. Everything was delicious, including a very good coffee (decaf is also available).
Food and drinks at Hotel Panorama Crans-Montana
In the Panorama Hotel Crans-Montana, there is a Bar-Bistrot Conzor. It serves bistronomic food, with many ingredients sourced directly from the hotel’s vegetable garden. It’s open for lunch and dinner and attracts not only hotel guests, but local people too. Everything we tried was truly delicious. They have a la carte menu and also a discovery menu. What we tried was for example:
Duck Foie Gras Escalope with Brioche bread and red fruit sauce
CEVICHE OF FERA FROM LAC LEMAN
VEGETABLE MOSAIQUE with Grilled goat’s cheese
PEARLS OF STUFFED PINEAPPLE Exotic fruits, coconut soup
There is also a kid’s menu available, but the chef was so kind that he created a special pizza for my son with ingredients that he wanted.
Summary
I truly enjoyed my time at Hotel Panorama Crans-Montana. It was a very peaceful place with the most stunning views, delicious food, a wellness area and helpful staff. I would especially recommend it to:
